Russian Federation citizens - Diplomatic passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels up to 90 days. Service and ordinary passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels and transit to/from Turkey up to 60 days, starting from their date of entry. However, the total period of their stay in Turkey should be no longer than 90 days within any 180 days period. Diplomatic and service passport holders, who are appointed to the diplomatic, consular missions or representations of international organizations accredited in Turkey, are exempted from visa for the period of their assignments.
